- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-oriented environment.
Salary range of $19.00-21.00/hr plus commission and overtime eligibility.
