1. Demonstrate excellence in sales and clienteling.
2. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
3. Assist Boutique Management in developing and implementing CRM initiatives to build a clientele network.
4. Ensure effective store operations in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
5. Assist with stock management and maintain inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies.

1. Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
2. Full-time availability (76 hours per fortnight) over a 7-day rotating roster.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Bilingual skills (considered an advantage).
3. Passion for the luxury fashion industry.
4. Experience with women's and/or men's ready-to-wear (considered an advantage).

Candidates should have a proven background in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
