1. Exhibit excellence in sales and clienteling.
2. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
3. Assist Boutique Management in developing and implementing CRM initiatives to build a clientele network.
4. Ensure store operations comply with internal policies and procedures.
5. Support stock management and maintain inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies.

1. Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.
2. Full-time availability (76 hours per fortnight) with a 7-day rotating roster including airport trading hours.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual abilities as a bonus.
2. Passion for career growth within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Experience with Women's and/or Men's ready-to-wear is advantageous.

Candidates must possess proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
