1. Demonstrate excellence in sales and clienteling.

3. Assist Boutique Management in developing and implementing CRM initiatives to build a clientele network.
4. Support store operations in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
5. Assist with stock management and ensure inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies.

1. Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual abilities as a bonus.
2. Passion for career growth within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Experience with women's and/or men's ready-to-wear is advantageous.
