1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta approach to sales.
2. Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective initial contact, needs assessment, product storytelling, and superior after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and maintain strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Demonstrate energy and proactivity, seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and communicate it to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activities through visits and media analysis.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and support colleagues.
9. Ensure the store's interior and exterior adhere to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
7. Team player capable of performing in a fast-paced environment.
