1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta sales approach.

3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Perform proactively with energy, seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and provide insights to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activity through research and store visits.
8. Contribute to teamwork by adapting to different personalities and providing support to colleagues.
9. Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Possess initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
7. Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
