1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta sales approach.
2. Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective initial contact, needs assessment, product presentation, and after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Demonstrate energy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills to improve results.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and provide insights to the Store Manager.
7. Gather information on competitor activities through visits and media reviews.
8. Contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, and provide and seek support from colleagues.
9. Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Prior working experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.

1. Initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
2. Enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
5. Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
