- Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta sales approach.
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective initial contact, client needs assessment, product storytelling, and exemplary after-sales service.
- Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
- Perform with energy and proactivity, continuously seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
- Collect customer feedback on collections and relay it to the Store Manager.
- Monitor competitor activity through visits, editorials, and magazines.
- Contribute to teamwork by adapting to different personalities and providing mutual support.
- Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
