1. Achieve monthly individual sales targets by embodying the brand and utilizing the Bottega Veneta sales approach.
2. Deliver an exceptional retail experience through effective initial contact, client needs assessment, product storytelling, and exemplary after-sales service.
3. Learn from the Store Manager and team to maximize business opportunities.
4. Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to exceed their expectations.
5. Perform with energy and proactivity, continuously seeking ways to improve results and solve problems.
6. Collect customer feedback on collections and relay it to the Store Manager.
7. Monitor competitor activity through visits, editorials, and magazines.
8. Contribute to teamwork by adapting to different personalities and providing mutual support.
9. Ensure the store's interior and exterior are maintained to company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Initiative, meticulousness, and attention to detail.
3. Enthusiasm and passion for the brand and retail industry.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Prior experience in the luxury industry preferred but not mandatory.
6. Proficiency in English and Chinese.
7. Team player with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
