1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new clientele through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profile records.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.

3. Interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.
