- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance each transaction and improve sales metrics.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
- Maintain a learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from peers and management.
- Sustain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist in basic store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably within a luxury setting.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
