- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning attitude.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Luxury retail sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
