1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
5. Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning attitude.
6. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
7. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
8. Luxury retail sales experience is preferred.
9. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
