1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance sales performance.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. High energy level and strong leadership capabilities.
4. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.
