- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance sales performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- High energy level and strong leadership capabilities.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
Previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.
