1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach, appointment setting, and consignment development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
3. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated.
4. Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement by seeking feedback from peers and management.
5. Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Exemplary work ethic and leadership capabilities.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Team-oriented with high energy and a polished appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury environment.

Salary range of $21.00-24.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
