1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
4. Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception from colleagues and management to enhance personal and professional growth.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, utilizing company-provided training resources.
6. Assist in basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury setting.

Salary range of $20.00-22.00 per hour, plus commission and eligibility for overtime.
