- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to optimize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships, regularly updating and managing client profile records.
- Maintain a proactive learning attitude, seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist management with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $24.00-26.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
