- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful and equitable workplace for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary range of $25.00-27.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
