- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques, such as cross-selling and upselling, to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections by leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury setting.
Salary range of $24.00-26.00/hr, plus eligibility for overtime and commission.
