1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and general store upkeep.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1. Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
4. Team-oriented with high energy levels.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury setting.

Salary range of $20.00-$22.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
