- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques, including cross-selling and upselling, to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring client profiles are consistently updated and accurate.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception from colleagues and management to improve performance.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy and team-oriented demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
Salary range of $20.00-22.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
