- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client experience.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and accurate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections, utilizing company-provided training resources.
- Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering an environment of fairness and respect among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy level with a team-oriented approach.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $21.00-22.00/hr, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
