- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
- Continuously seek feedback from colleagues and management to maintain an open, learning attitude.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge on all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Advanced selling techniques including cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-related field is preferred.
Salary range of $21.00-22.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
