- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is current and execute transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values consistently.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
- Confirmed experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector, with a sensitivity to the prêt-à-porter universe.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in suggesting commercial performance improvements.
- Ability to perform cross-selling across all product categories.
- Versatile with a passion for challenges.
- Fluency in French and English.
Previous experience as a Client Advisor in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
