Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy and use sales techniques to maximize performance
- Share best practices to build a harmonious team cohesion
- Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate client relationships with effective after-sales service
- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book
- Ensure stock information is up-to-date and handle transfer requests correctly
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and processes
- Embody the brand's service values at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients worldwide
- Proven experience as a Client Advisor, ideally in the luxury sector with a sensitivity to the Ready-to-Wear universe
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive in improving commercial performance
- Ability to cross-sell across all product categories
- Versatile and enjoys challenges
- Fluent in French and English
