1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks.
3. Uphold the Bottega Veneta brand image.
4. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service.
5. Collect and update client information for effective CRM use.
6. Embrace clienteling culture to build strong, long-term client relationships.
7. Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends to advise clients.
8. Work on silhouettes and suggest alternative items to clients.
9. Confidently advise clients on styling with the creative vision in mind.
10. Maintain stock organization and monitor stock deliveries and availability.
11. Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information promptly.
12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
