1. Deliver best‑in‑class client experiences by advising on collections and providing personalised styling and product recommendations.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets in line with company strategy and proactively close sales opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through disciplined clienteling and regular CRM updates.
4. Represent and uphold the Bottega Veneta brand image and client journey at all times.
5. Manage store operations including stock organisation, monitoring deliveries and reporting availability issues promptly.
6. Apply company policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance and outstanding service.

1. 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury brands.
2. Fluency in English (mandatory).
3. Outstanding client service orientation with empathy and excellent verbal communication skills.
4. Proven ability to build and manage a diversified client portfolio.
5. Flexible, able to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
6. Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrated clienteling, portfolio development and target achievement.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or degree-level studies in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
