Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy and utilize sales techniques to maximize performance.
- Share best practices to build a harmonious team cohesion.
- Deliver excellent customer service and cultivate client relationships with effective after-sales service.
- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is up-to-date and handle transfer requests correctly.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and processes.
- Embody the brand's service values at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to build long-term fruitful relationships with clients worldwide.
- Proven experience as a Client Advisor, ideally in the luxury sector with a sensitivity to ready-to-wear fashion.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive in proposing commercial performance improvements.
- Ability to cross-sell across all product categories.
- Versatile and challenge-driven.
- Fluent in French and English.
Experience Requirements
Proven experience as a Client Advisor, ideally in the luxury sector.
