- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Develop new clientele through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Sales proficiency and clienteling expertise.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or high-end fashion environment.
Salary range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
