- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by informing them of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions.
- Maintain comprehensive client profile records and update them regularly.
- Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude to improve personal performance.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- High energy level and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Salary range of $19.00-$20.00 per hour, plus discretionary bonus and commission eligibility.
