- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
- Maintain and update client information for efficient CRM utilization.

- Demonstrate an understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
- Assist clients in discovering the collection by suggesting alternative items and working on silhouettes.
- Foster a positive team environment, adapting to various personalities and supporting colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain organized stock, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock items promptly.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Protected Category, according to Italian Law 68/99.
- Excellent client service attitude with adaptability to diverse client types.
- Strong communication and empathetic skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
- Team player with a positive approach.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build a diverse client portfolio.
Previous experience in sales, particularly within the fashion and luxury sectors, is preferred.
