- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed of new collections and brand events.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
- Maintain and update comprehensive client profile records to foster strong client relationships.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
