1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed of new collections and brand events.

4. Maintain and update comprehensive client profile records to foster strong client relationships.
5. Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
