4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated and accurate.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Support store management with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
