- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to optimize transactions.
- Establish and maintain robust client relationships by regularly updating and managing client profiles.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
