1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to optimize transactions.
4. Establish and maintain robust client relationships by regularly updating and managing client profiles.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and inclusive environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
3. Leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
4. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
