- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments; promote new collections, in‑store events and brand initiatives.
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross‑selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximise transaction value and conversion.
- Develop, update and maintain accurate client profiles and CRM records to build a loyal client base and support personalised service.
- Sustain exceptional product knowledge (technical and inspirational) across all collections and apply that knowledge in client interactions.
- Support store operational tasks including basic opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, light maintenance and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Model professional behaviour and comply with company policies while contributing to an inclusive, respectful workplace.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience in a customer‑facing role; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Polished personal presentation and professional grooming at all times.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑centric attitude.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and to perform light lifting (5–8 lbs) and ladder tasks as required.
- Availability to work closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the entire holiday season.
