Bottega Veneta Client Advisor

- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating and managing client profile records.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a respectful and dignified work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
