- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring up-to-date client profile records.
- Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Luxury retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform store duties, including lifting and ladder use.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr plus commission and overtime eligibility.
