- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients about new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other sales techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transaction value.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profile records regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist in store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy level and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $23.00-25.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
