1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
2. Inform clients about new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other sales techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to maximize transaction value.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profile records regularly.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Assist in store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and inclusive environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1. Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
2. High energy level and team-oriented approach.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
