1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profile records are updated regularly.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong client relationship-building skills.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
5. Exemplary work ethic and leadership qualities.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
3. Strong team orientation and high energy level.
4. Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
