- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profile records are updated regularly.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership qualities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Strong team orientation and high energy level.
- Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $26.00-28.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
