- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by updating and managing client profiles.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through company-provided training resources.
- Support store management with opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $22.00-24.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
