Bottega Veneta Client Advisor

- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
- Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
- Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to maintain an open, learning attitude.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through various training resources.
- Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
- Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented attitude.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- High energy level and team-oriented.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $22.00-24.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
