1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and outreach.
2. Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring up-to-date client profile records.
5. Continuously seek feedback for professional growth and maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and dignified workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1. Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Polished and professional appearance.
4. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
