- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring up-to-date client profile records.
- Continuously seek feedback for professional growth and maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and dignified workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $26.00-28.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
