- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback processes with colleagues and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable workplace environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Salary range of $25.00-27.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
