- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and the development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to enhance transaction value and close sales effectively.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated and maintained.
- Embrace a continuous learning attitude by actively seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging various training resources provided by the company.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards such as merchandise presentation and store maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while promoting an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion with knowledge of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, high energy level, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week, including three Saturdays and two Sundays per month, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

A minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
Salary range of $20.00-22.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
