1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
3. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
4. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
6. Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
7. Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

4. Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

$22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
