1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
4. Engage in continuous learning by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service field, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.

$22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
