1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
4. Continuously seek feedback and maintain an open attitude towards learning and improvement.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.

$22.00-$25.00 per hour, plus commission eligibility.
