1. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
4. Continuously seek and apply feedback from colleagues and management to improve performance.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Polished and professional appearance.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
