1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and update client profile records.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
5. Assist with store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
6. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain a respectful and fair environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
6. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
7. Available to work closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory, and the holiday season.
8. Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr (plus overtime and commission eligibility).
