- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Continuously seek feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning environment.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful and fair workplace for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Salary range of $23-24/hr, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
