1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.

4. Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
5. Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
6. Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
7. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.

1. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

2. Sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
3. Outstanding communication and empathetic skills.
4. Strong commercial results orientation.

6. Multitasking and flexibility.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.

1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fashion and luxury sectors.
