1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating client profile records.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Foster an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
