- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating client profile records.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership abilities.
- High energy and team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
