1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profile records.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and fair work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Exemplary work ethic and leadership skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Polished and professional appearance.
