- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profile records.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and fair work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
